A fair-use cap applies to AI features. Your remaining usage is always visible in the app: no surprise invoices.
Your data stays your data.
The answer your CIO expects, without having to ask for it.
European hosting, GDPR-compliant

Proprietary AI infrastructure
The models run on our own infrastructure. Your reviews are never sent to a third-party AI provider and never train any model.

Isolation is enforced by the database itself: two customers cannot see each other's data, even in the event of an application bug.
Scoped access
Each manager only sees their locations, their region, their country.

How long does it take to deploy Reviewser?
You just connect your location listings. Reviewser then analyses your existing review history: the first problems surface from that analysis.
Do we need a data team or an IT integration?
No. Reviewser connects to your existing review platforms. No development is needed on your side.
How does the AI handle French, Dutch and English?
Each review is analysed in its original language and filed into the same 17 categories, so your locations in Ghent, Liège and Brussels can be compared on a common basis.
Can I trust the AI's answers?
Yes, because you can check them: every AI Search answer cites the reviews behind it.
How is this different from my current reputation platform?
Reputation platforms help you manage and reply to reviews. Reviewser focuses on what they reveal: the operational problems, how serious they are, and which manager should act. The two approaches can coexist.
Is there a minimum commitment?
The subscription is monthly or annual, your choice. On a monthly plan, you can cancel at the end of any month. And the CX audit is free, with no commitment at all.
